During my first Winter Break at the Brandcenter, I decided to finally fix a broken lamp that had some sentimental value. I had no electrical experience, so I was shocked to find out how easy rewiring something could be. Over the next week, I invested in some quality lamp cord and other parts and began making lamps from found objects like books, pots, and antique photographic equipment. I had a lot of fun and succeeded in making $0 on Etsy.
